Administrator - WD18 (Watford town centre)

This is a vital role for the effective working of the Watford Town Centre Chaplaincy (WTCC). Based at the Chaplaincy offices (St Mary’s Church), the Administrator is responsible for devising, implementing and maintaining office systems and in particular managing the finances to support the work of the Chaplaincy.    The post will be combined with that of Joint Office Manager for St Mary’s Church.

£20 000 p.a. paid pro rata (0.75 FTE) including 20 hours per week for WTCC and a further 10 hours per week for St Mary’s Church.  Initially a one year appointment – this will be reviewed by the Trustees as the work of WTCC develops.  The descriptions of each part of the job are available here and here.
